How do I apply to NBCEA?: You can begin the application process by contacting our admissions office using the form on this page or by calling us directly. We will send you an application form and guide you through the required documents.
What programs does NBCEA offer?: NBCEA offers three main programs: the Diploma in Chaplaincy (3 years), the Certificate in Christian Ministry (1 year), and the Christian Theology Level 6 (TVET CDACC accredited). We also offer flexible distance and part-time study through the Africa Nazarene School of Extension (ANSE).
Where is NBCEA located?: NBCEA is located at the Rongai Center in Nairobi, Kenya. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 20025-00200, Nairobi. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange a campus visit.
Is accommodation available for students?: Yes, the Rongai Center has hostel facilities with a capacity of 1–12 people. Prior booking is required. Please contact the admissions office to arrange accommodation as part of your enrollment.
How long does it take to receive a response to my enquiry?: We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2–3 business days during office hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 EAT). For urgent matters, we recommend calling us directly on the numbers listed above.
